My work as an editor and native proofreader has involved scrutinising texts written by non-native English speaking professionals to make sure they read better and follow a particular style, tone or version of English. This work often involves correcting grammar, choosing more appropriate words or phrases and organising texts in a more logical and concise manner.
My work at Philips Digital involves editing text written by Dutch scientists for the Pregnancy+ US market app and writing articles and other communications for the Baby+ department including articles to promote partners in the app and newsletters for their shareholders.
